1. HeptoShield: a Phosphatidylethalolamine molecule, which is incorporated into the bi-lipid layer of the cell membranes.  The PCP molecule has an unsaturated fatty acid tail, which is incorporated into the bi-lipid layer.  The unsaturated molecule is bent, therefore it does not bind well to the straight, unbent, saturated fatty acid molecules in the cell membrane.  The weak binding between the straight and bent molecules allows them to slide over each other, resulting in a flexible, healthy, functional cell membrane.
